In order to deliver reliable first-class quality parts that satisfy our every client's requirement, we adopt systematic inspection solutions, applied the whole manufacturing process.


Quality System

Before production

(1)Technical analyze

In the early stage of the project, the Frolong engineering team will make sure all the details from your 3D and 2D drawings including the material, tolerance, surface treatment, structure, and so on. . help us to prevent possible mistakes. 

(2)Material Confirmation

To make sure the raw material satisfy customers' demands, According to the request from customers, we also need our suppliers to offer the following reports including the manufacturer, dimension, properties, chemical analysis, RoHS, and so on.


During Production Quality Control

(1)On-site inspection system

It is very important for precision machining that the material block is placed at the correct position. With on-site inspection rules, the machines will examine the positions, and handle them accordingly. It helps to avoid the problems at the early stage and save cost and time.

(2)In-process quality control

To make sure the parts will be quality-satisfied, give our customers peace of mind before moving into mass production, we will offer sample inspection for each project, the relevant sample image or actual part will be sent to you for your approval. After they are confirmed, we start the massive production. In Forlong, we strictly comply with the ISO9001:2015 rules.  The QC staff will make conventional checks for all parts that are being processed every 2 hours.

Comprehensive inspection report

For orders on the Forlong Precision Machining platform, we will provide a full-size inspection report according to customer requirements. The report includes the number of parts, key dimensions, threads and tolerances, thickness and depth, part appearance.


Shipping

We can’t control the logistic risk completely, but we will adopt the following 2 ways to reduce the risk of shipment. (1). Using the wrapping paper, foam, paper, and wooden box to package the parts in order to the safety of goods during the shipment. (2) Frequently check the status of the shipping according to the tracking number.


In other words, it includes the following five steps to make sure the quality of each part.


1) Raw material checking ------- Incoming quality control ( IQC)

2) Relevant production line checking-----(PLC)

3) Complete production checking ----In-process quality control(IPQC)

4) Checking the parts after being completed---- Final quality control(FQC)

5) Checking the parts before shipment-----Outgoing quality control(QC)
