Problems Caused by Improper Arrangement of CNC Machining Technology

The use of CNC machining equipment for processing can ensure the high efficiency and good quality. But if the technological design is not properly arranged, its advantages cannot be well reflected.

1. The CNC machining process is too scattered

The reasons for this problem include: (1) it is frequent (referring to the preparation time); (2) the programming is simple; (3) the operation and processing are simplified; (4) one tool is used for processing and it is easy to adjust the tool setting; (5) it is accustomed to ordinary processing. As a result, the product quality (position tolerance) cannot be guaranteed, and the production efficiency cannot be improved. If the setting and use are improper, it will often cause bad consequences such as overshoot during zero returning, decrease in accuracy, and strain on the guide surface of the equipment due to the excessive speed setting. If the return-to-zero route is not paid attention to, it is easy to cause safety accidents such as collision with workpieces and equipment. Therefore, when considering the use of instructions, operators should be thoughtful and not arbitrary.

In CNC machining services, special attention should be paid to strengthening program retrieval and trial operation. After the program is input into the control system, the operator should use the movement keys to carry out indeterminate and deterministic retrieval, and modify the program if necessary to ensure the accuracy of the program. At the same time, before the formal execution of the program for processing, the test run of program (turn on the power amplifier) must be carried out to confirm whether the processing route is consistent with the design route.
